 JOY Yoga is partnering with Fernwood Hills for a one-day retreats this fall


 Join us for a one-day retreat! We will be exploring meditation, breath work, yoga practices, stillness, and silence all to better understand the meaning of being present. Presence encompasses the idea of being awake. How can we be awake, be present to an amazing truth, “If you love someone, the greatest gift you can give them is your presence.”  ― Thich Nhat Hanh.  Wherever we are, whatever is going on in our lives, lets explore and expand our capacity to be present, be awake to ourselves and the world around us.

The retreat includes: two yoga classes; tea, lunch and snack; and a chance to enjoy the beautiful grounds at Fernwood Hills!

Don't miss out the retreat is limited to 12 participants. 

Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and a blanket.  Indicate on the registration form if you need a yoga mat to be supplied.
